2027 Annual Meeting Space Draft - Appointment Schedule

The 2027 AUSA Annual Meeting Exhibit Space Draft will be held 11 – 14 October in our Exhibit Sales Office in room 102 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. AUSA allocates exhibit space appointments based on the Order of Merit List (OML) ranking for each National Partner exhibitor. Each exhibitor is given a date and time to appear to select space.

EXHIBIT SPACE OPTIMIZATION PHASE

Due to significant growth in demand for exhibit space, we are reviewing our floor plan and space allocations to reduce the waitlist and provide the best possible placement opportunities for all exhibitors.

You can expect to hear this strategy in early 2027. Our current process is not sustainable, and this strategy will help to accommodate more exhibitors, reduce the waitlist, and provide space opportunities for new, returning, and past wait-listed companies.

NEW! BOOTH RATE

Exhibit space rates at the AUSA Annual Meeting will increase to $62 per square foot ($6,200 per 10X10) starting in 2027.

A modest rate adjustment helps offset rising event costs while allowing AUSA to continue delivering the high-quality experience our exhibitors expect. AUSA remains competitively priced compared with similar major events.

CO-EXHIBITOR POLICY

To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the exhibit program, AUSA will implement a new co-exhibitor fee structure and eligibility policy. These updates are designed to provide greater clarity on booth representation while ensuring consistent participation standards across all exhibitors.

Co-Exhibitor Fees

1.$1,000 for AUSA members (National Partners and Community Partners at the 5/10 level)
2.$2,000 for non-members

Co-Exhibitor Eligibility To qualify as a co-exhibitor, an organization must be:

  • A wholly owned subsidiary or
  • A sister corporation of the contracted exhibiting company.

This policy helps ensure that all companies represented within an exhibit booth maintain a direct and verifiable corporate relationship with the primary exhibitor, preserving the integrity and fairness of the exhibit program. Any organization that does not meet this requirement and has not been approved under an AUSA pavilion will not be permitted to exhibit within another company's booth. Failure to comply with this policy may result in corrective action, including removal of the non-compliant organization from the exhibit space.
