2026 Advance Exhibitor Housing Opening Soon

Advance Exhibitor Housing for the 2026 AUSA  Annual Meeting & Exposition will open in April.  This year's meeting will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center from October 12-14.  Be sure to save time and money by booking through AUSA's official Housing Bureau - Convention Management Resources - who is available to assist with your housing needs. 

Exhibitors will have exclusive access to the lowest negotiated 2026 hotel rates.  The timeline for the 2026 Advance Housing period is as follows:

April 20 - 24 

Exhibitor | International Pavilions (Only pavilion organizers qualify for advance housing)
April 27 - May 8

All exhibitors will receive an email from AUSA on March 18 with detailed instructions on the advance housing process as well as each companies room allotments.  The exhibitor booth POC is the only contact who will receive this email.  If you need to update your booth contact, please email annualexhibits@ausa.org.  

All exhibitor booths MUST be paid in full in order to participate in advance housing.  If there is a balance on your booth space, your advance housing request will not be processed.  Final booth payments are due April 3.

Rooms are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  A complete list of our hotels can be found here.  Please see below for additional important dates and deadlines.

Mon, Sept 28, 2026Contact the Marriott Marquis, Westin Washington DC Downtown, and YOTEL Washington DC directly to change or cancel reservations.
Tue Sept 29, 2026Last day to add, change or cancel a reservation through AUSA Housing at all other hotels.
Fri, Oct 2, 2026Contact all other hotels directly to change or cancel reservations.

BE AWARE OF HOTEL ROOM SCAMS
Please be aware companies other than our official housing provider (CMR) may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with AUSA and our Annual Meeting. They will claim to offer hotel rooms at 'reduced' rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AUSA and it is highly recommended that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. Convention Management Resources is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact. If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to EventHousing@ausa.org
