AUSA 2026 Annual Meeting Entry Requirements
Registering for AUSA 2026 provides three full days of access to all exhibit halls and educational sessions.
To access the AUSA 2026 Annual Meeting and Exposition all attendees, exhibitors, and press require registration and must show their digital access pass or wear their event badge. No one under 13 years of age is permitted to attend AUSA 2026.
Attendees may enter sessions and forums with their digital access pass or a printed badge. If you choose to attend the educational sessions and contemporary military forums without a printed badge, your digital access pass must be scanned upon entry into the Walter E. Printed badges are required for the Exhibit Halls and ticketed events.
All conference attendees will receive a digital access pass with instructions on how to download to your Apple or Google wallet. Once downloaded, this pass may also be used to obtain a printed badge.
If you are unable to download the Digital Access Pass, you may show the QR code from your confirmation email to pick up a printed badge.
