Companies purchasing a full table may donate individual seats at their table. If you are purchasing an entire table and would like to donate seats to AUSA to have AUSA invited guests seated at your table, please indicate how many seats you would like to donate – each table seats 8 for Marshall Dinner and 10 for Eisenhower Lunch. If you wish, you can donate an entire table.

  • AUSA invited guests include Military and Government officials, Soldiers and Family Members, as well as Foreign Military Officials.  You may submit a suggested list of guests (the wish list) that the company would like seated at your table(s). As a courtesy, AUSA guest names will be included with your ticket envelope. If cancellations are received once the guest names have been released, AUSA will attempt to make a substitution to fill the seat. A company representative is welcome to check back before each event for a new list. Because of circumstances beyond our control surrounding guest attendance at these functions, AUSA cannot guarantee the attendance of assigned guests to company tables. If the original guest(s) assigned to your table(s) cancels or does not show up for the social event, AUSA may assign another person to your table without notice.  To prevent protocol embarrassment, place cards will not be permitted at any table.

  • DoW Wish-lists must be received by 8 September for consideration; Four-star level sponsor requests will be considered as priority for donated seats but are due by 8 September.  Guests will be assigned in the order that AUSA receives the wish list, based on availability.
