  • Complimentary Listing: Your company will receive a listing and detailed description in the printed Show Guide.  
  • Floor Plan Visibility: Enjoy a complimentary listing on the Floor Plan Map to enhance your visibility.  
  • Booth Setup: Each in-line booth will feature an 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape.*  
  • Company Identification: In-line booths will include a company identification sign for clear branding.

*Carpeting is required but is NOT included in the cost of your booth.

Exhibitor Terms of Agreement and Cancellation/Space Reduction Policy 

All exhibitors agree to abide by the Exhibitor Terms of Agreement and all other rules and regulations as defined by AUSA for this event.

 

Cancellation/Downsizing Policy

Any exhibitor who cancels or reduces their booth space is eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:
  • On or before April 3, 2026: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • April 4 - May 1: 50% refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • May 2 and beyond: NO REFUNDS
