General Information

1. When and where is the 2026 AUSA Global Force Symposium & Exposition?

The 2026 GFSE will take place 24–26 March 2026 at the Von Braun Center,
700 Monroe Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801.


Registration

2. How do I register for the event?

Registration for attendees and exhibitors is available at:

Access & Attendance

4. What does a full conference registration include?

Full conference registration provides access to:
·       Exhibit halls
·       All educational sessions
·       Networking refreshment breaks in the exhibit halls

5. What does an exhibit-hall-only registration include?

Exhibit-hall-only registration grants access to the exhibit halls and anything taking place inside them.

 

6. Can booth staff attend educational sessions?

Yes. Booth personnel may upgrade to an exhibitor, full conference registration via the exhibitor registration portal.

7. Is the AUSA GFSE open to the public?

No. GFSE is not open to the public.

 

8. What identification is required to attend?

All registrants must present government-issued photo ID, such as:

·       Military ID
·       Valid U.S. driver’s license
·       Civilian CAC card
·       Passport

9. What qualifies as an “identifiable relationship” with the U.S. Army?

Acceptable relationships include:
·       AUSA membership
·       Employee of an exhibiting company
·       Government-contracted employee with proof
·       Invited guest of an exhibiting company (on company letterhead)
·       Employee of an AUSA National or Community Partner
·       Member of the U.S. military
·       Civilian federal employee
·       Member of accredited law enforcement, fire, or EMS agencies
·       Member of a recognized U.S. military/veteran association
·       Foreign military member (with passport)
·       Guest escorted by an AUSA member


ADA Compliance

10. Does AUSA provide accommodation under the ADA?

Yes. AUSA complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Attendees needing assistance should contact Colleen Stembridge before arriving.


 

Exhibiting

11. Where can exhibitors find information about booths, logistics, and hours?

Exhibitors should review the information under the Exhibits tab, including exposition hours and the exhibitor portal for booth logistics and staff registration.

12. How do I book housing for GFSE?

A limited number of AUSA housing options are available on the GF26 Housing page.

Meeting Space

15. Does AUSA offer meeting space during the event?

Yes. Complimentary pop-up meeting rooms are available in the South Hall Foyer (2 rooms) and Saturn Ballroom (3 rooms).

  • Book in 30-minute increments, up to one hour during event hours.
  • Rooms include a table and chairs only.
  • To book, visit the registration information counter in the South Hall Foyer.

Professional Development

16. Can attendees receive professional development credit?

Yes. AUSA’s commitment to professional development includes seminars and special presentations on the issues affecting today’s Army.  Please refer to the agenda for the latest schedule. 

  • Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve personnel may receive one retirement credit per day for attending at least four hours of sessions in uniform.
  • Reference: NGR 680-2, AR 140-1, and AR 140-185.

17. What upcoming events should I be aware of?

  • LANPAC 2026: 12–14 May, Honolulu, HI — Registration is open; exhibit space is sold out.
  • Annual Meeting 2026: 12–14 October, Washington, DC — Exhibit space is sold out; registration opens July 2026.
  • LANDEURO 2026: 3–4 December, Wiesbaden, Germany — Michael Cerami, Senior Exhibit Sales and Operations Manager (International), AUSA, will be on-site at GFSE to discuss exhibiting opportunities. Email him to schedule a meeting.
