Meeting Space Rental

Welcome

AUSA will be accepting meeting space requests at the Von Braun Center until all rooms are sold out. Space is limited. All available rooms are on the second level of the Saturn Ballroom unless otherwise notated. 

POLICIES:

  • Must be an Exhibitor or $5,000+ Sponsor
    • Sponsorships will open in January 2026. If your company is not an exhibitor and you submit an application, you will have to secure a sponsorship by 2 February 2026 or the room will be released without a refund.
  • Meeting space requests are assigned on a first come, first serve basis
  • Rooms are available for full day rental only 
  • Only one room per day per company
  • Audio visual, internet, food & beverage and any other cost associated with the room are the responsibility of the reserving party/organization

NEED A QUIET SPACE FOR ONSITE MEETINGS FOR 20 PEOPLE OR FEWER?

AUSA will offer “pop-up” meeting space at the Von Braun Center for groups of 20 or fewer. These requests can be made at the registration desk starting on Monday, 23 March at 1300. 

Pop-up meeting space may only be reserved for a max of 1 hour. Food/beverage service is not available in these rooms and reserving parties must supply their own AV. The rooms are set in a standard configuration and cannot be changed. By requesting a room, you are agreeing to the Pop-Up Guidelines.
