HOUSING OPEN DECEMBER 2025:


AUSA Housing will offer both per diem ($141/night rate) and standard rated rooms.*  

To qualify for the federal government per diem rates (based upon availability), guest must show valid I.D. at check-in and must qualify as one of the following:

  • Federal government officials (active or retired)

  • Government contractor traveling on official Federal government business with a valid ID

  • Military members (active, retired or able to present Veteran ID card)

  • State, county and local government officials

  • Members of foreign governments with valid ID

Valid ID is defined as a personnel badge or other form of valid form of ID issued by the appropriate government agency (federal, state, county or local), or in the case of a contractor, a government issued letter authorizing the travel on behalf of the U.S. Federal Government. Each person who qualifies for the government rate is allowed a maximum of two (2) rooms at that rate.
 

*Please note, there is a non-refundable $15 reservation fee charged at the time of booking. No other charges will be processed until arrival on-site unless indicated below in the deposit policy.  
 

DEPOSIT POLICY
Guarantee by credit card in the amount of one night's room plus tax. Each hotel requires a credit card for an incidental deposit at check-in. This card will be authorized for a specific amount which varies by hotel in addition to your room and tax. Hotel reserves the right to charge the deposit prior to your arrival.

Housing Alert! Be Aware

Please be aware companies may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with AUSA and this event. They will also claim to offer hotels at ‘reduced’ rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AUSA, and we highly recommend that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved.  If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to EventHousing@ausa.org.
