Exhibit Hall Hours

Thursday, 3 December 0900-1700
Friday, 4 December 0900-1700

Exhibitors are permitted access to the exhibit hall one (1) hour prior to opening.

Booth Cancelation/Space Reduction Policy

All booth cancelations or space reductions must be received in writing. Space reductions of any size are handled in the same manner as cancelations. Once the notification is received by AUSA, cancelations will be confirmed via an official cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be based on the following schedule:

On or before Friday, 5 June 2026 - 100% refund minus 10% non-refundable deposit
After Friday, 5 June 2026 : NO REFUNDS
