A 10% deposit is required and due when reserving booth space. The remaining 90% balance is due within 90 days after booth deposit receipt or by Friday 5 June, 2026 (whichever dates comes first).
After 5 June, 2026, full payment is required with all booth reservations.

Cancellation/Space Reduction Policy

Cancellations or space reductions must be received in writing via email. Refunds will be based on the following schedule:
• On or before Friday 5 June, 2026 full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
• After Friday, 5 June 2026: NO REFUNDS
