Registration for LANDEURO 2025 is open until 17 July 2025.  We want your visit to be seamless! AUSA encourages you to pre-register for your badge before arrival.

All conference attendees/exhibitors have full conference access. There is no ‘exhibit hall only’ offering at this event.  All registration fees will incur a 19% VAT, required by the German government; which will be calculated upon checkout.  

2025 AUSA LANDEURO is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel.  As a private organization, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any registration without explanation. Registrants attending LANDEURO should have an “identifiable relationship” with the Association of the U.S. Army. The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:

  • AUSA Member 
  • Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family (all children must be at least 13 years old)
  • Employee of a sponsoring company
  • Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner
  • Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government
  • Member of a U.S. military or veteran association
  • Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee
  • Military Cadet (service academies, JROTC, ROTC, and OCS) 
  • Press (with press credentials)
  • Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS

Attendee registration includes:  all educational content, access to the exhibit hall, and networking refreshment breaks/lunches.  Rates do not reflect the 19% VAT.

1. No refunds will be provided after 13 June 2025.  Registrants requiring a refund before  13 June 2025 may send an email to LANDEURO Registration to request cancellation and refund.
2. National Partner company employees should contact LANDEURO Registration if their rate is showing incorrectly during registration. 
3. Government contractor employees must pay to attend this event based on their AUSA Membership level as shown in the above chart. 
4. Speakers and college students may contact LANDEURO Registration for discount codes to attend this event.
