ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
LANDEURO is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel. As a private organization, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any registration without explanation. Registrants attending LANDEURO should have an “identifiable relationship” with the Association of the U.S. Army. The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:
· AUSA Member
· Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family (all children must be at least 13 years old)
· Employee of a sponsoring company
· Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner
· Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government
· Member of a U.S. military or veteran association
· Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee
· Military Cadet (service academies, JROTC, ROTC, and OCS)
· Press (with press credentials)
· Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS

HOTEL AND TRAVEL

· Airport: The RheinMain Congress Center is located 29.6km from the Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) in Frankfurt, Germany.
· Parking: Parking is available for €12 per day at the RheinMain Congress Center.
· Taxi: A 20-minute ride from Frankfurt. The estimated one-way fare is €70-80.
· Train: Frankfurt Airport (regional trains) to Wiesbaden Hbf: 45 minutes with a one-way fare of €6.30.
· Walking: The Wiesbaden train station is a four-minute walk to the RheinMain Congress Center.
· Accessibility: Restaurants, shops, and businesses are within walking distance of the hotels and venue.

These receptions will take place in the North (NORD) exhibit hall and provide attendees with exclusive networking time. Receptions are included in the registration fee.

All conference attendees/exhibitors have full conference access. There is no ‘exhibit hall only’ offering at this event. Please note: all registration fees will incur a 19% VAT, required by the German government, which will be calculated upon checkout.

SECURITY AND BAG POLICY
This is a secure event. No weapons, including small knives, are permitted. Security will conduct checks, and German Polizei will be on-site to address any illegal or contraband items. To expedite entry and enhance security, attendees are strongly discouraged from bringing bags larger than a small purse.
