2026 LANPAC Housing Closed


General Housing:

AUSA is excited to announce that housing for 2026 LANPAC Symposium and Exposition housing is now open.  AUSA has contracted a competitive group rate with discounted resort fees at the Sheraton Waikiki and the Royal Hawaiian. Please note the website will not reflect the discounted resort fee of $42 at the Sheraton Waikiki and Royal Hawaiian.

Per Diem Housing: 

AUSA has contracted with the Sheraton Waikiki and Sheraton Princess Kaiulani for a limited number of per diem rooms.   Government Per Diem sleeping rooms are available only to uniformed Military Personnel and DOD Civilians.  Please note, those that request per diem rated rooms will be expected to show proof of eligibility upon check-in.  If you do not have a valid active duty/DOD government ID at check-in, you will be charged the prevailing rate at the time of check-in.  Unfortunately, due to AUSA's limited number of sleeping rooms at this rate, Retired Military and Government Contractors are not eligible.  If you are concerned about your eligibility, please contact Amber Wojtyna at awojtyna@ausa.org.  If you select a per diem room and do not qualify, we cannot guarantee a room for you upon arrival. Please note, the housing website will not reflect waived resort fee.

Reminder for Sheraton Waikiki: 

Guest rooms may only be checked in by the guest whose name is on the reservation with a valid ID.  The Sheraton Waikiki does not allow for other guests to pick-up keys in a person's absence, regardless of military status. It is not accepted for someone to present another's form of ID in exchange for their guest room, this is in violation of hotel policy. The guest must be physically present with their own ID to check-in. The hotel will not release room keys to anyone whose name is not on the reservation. 

Any special requests must be made through the hotel prior to the attendee's arrival and can only be made by the guest whose name is on the reservation. At check-in, a payment method (i.e. credit card) is required, and no key will be given to a registered guest if a method of payment is not established with the hotel at check-in. 

If you are looking to pre-pay for a guest room, payment and notification is required no less than 1 week before the guest's check-in. 

Please provide the following: 

  • Guest Name
  • Guest Check-in & Check-out Dates
  • Guest Reservation Number
  • Requestor's Relation to Guest

A secure credit card link will be sent to collect the pre-payment. Incidentals will be at the own expense of the guest unless stated otherwise. They are required to pay any difference of balance on the room at the conclusion of the stay.

Meeting space requests for Kai Suites are now closed.  Please contact the hotel directly for availability.



HOUSING ALERT! BE AWARE:

Please be aware companies may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with AUSA and this event. They will also claim to offer hotels at ‘reduced’ rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AUSA, and we highly recommend that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. AUSA is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact. If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to EventHousing@ausa.org.


Parking:

Sheraton Waikiki: Self-Parking is available in Sheraton Waikiki Beach Parking Garage for a fee of $55.00 per vehicle per day. Valet Parking is available for $65.00 per vehicle per day.  Same day event parking at no more than $15 per day (self parking).
The Royal Hawaiian: Self-Parking is available for $55.00 per vehicle per day and valet available at $65.00. 
Sheraton Princess Kaiulani:  Self-Parking is available for $45.00 per vehicle per day and valet available at $65.00.

The Sheraton Waikiki is located 9 miles from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Waikiki. Estimated taxi fare: 50 USD (one way).
