LANPAC Sales

On September 24, booth sales will open at 2:00pm ET. 


Yes. A 10% booth deposit is required at the time of reservation.  


All booths are first-come, first-serve. No appointment required.


Membership

No. However, we highly encourage you consider one of AUSA memberships. Visit our website to learn more about the National Partner or Community Partner Membership. We offer a discounted rate to those membership types. See rates (Payment and Cancellation section) for more information.

Please note that individual memberships (basic, premium or life) does not qualify for the discounted booth rate. 


Payment and Cancellation

Listed below is the booth pricing per 10X10 booth. 

National Partners $5,100
Community Partners (Must be 5 or 10 membership level) $6,100
Non-Members $7,600
Government $2,500

Your investment includes:
• Two Exhibit Hall ONLY registration badges per 10x10 booth — access to exhibit hall during move-in, move-out, and exhibitor show hours.
• Complimentary exhibitor listing and description in the printed onsite Show Guide.
• Complimentary exhibitor profi le, both online and through the mobile app.
• 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape
• and, Exclusive networking hours, including: Daily morning Cofee Service and Afternoon receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday


10% Deposit - At the time of booth reservation 
Remaining Balance - February 2, 2026


All  booth cancellations or space reductions must be received in writing.  Space reductions of any size are handled in the same manner as cancellations.  Once the notification is received by AUSA, cancellations will be confirmed  via an official cancellation confirmation. 

Refunds will be based on the following schedule:

  • On or before February 2, 2026: 100% refund minus 10% non-refundable deposit
  • After February 2: NO REFUNDS
