REGISTRATION RATES
Full conference fees include access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, panels, and networking breaks. Each exhibitor is limited to two complimentary booth staff per 10x10 space. Additional booth staff are $75 per person.
Booth staff may attend the sessions and panels by upgrading to full conference based on the membership level fees below. All attendees must register on-line, and there is no cost for the media, currently serving military and government personnel or their families.
Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
The 2023 AUSA Warfighter Summit is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel. The Association of the United States Army welcomes all members, employees or consultants of member companies, the media, active-duty military, civilian government personnel, international military and government, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army. The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:
AUSA Member
Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family (no family members under 13 years of age are permitted at AUSA events)
Employee of a sponsoring company
Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner
Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government
Member of a U.S. military or veteran association
Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employees
Military Cadet (service academies, JROTC/ROTC, and OCS)
Media
Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS
BADGE PICKUP AND ON-SITE REGISTRATION HOURS
On-site registration and badge pickup will begin at 1300, on Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at the Crown Complex, Fayetteville, NC. A 100% ID check will be in place. If you are picking up someone else's badge, have a copy of their ID with you.
