$3,000 per 10x10 booth 

A 10% deposit is due when reserving booth space, the remaining balance is due within 10 business days.  After February 25, 2022, full payment is required with all booth reservations.

• Two (2) Exhibit Hall ONLY registration badges
• Complimentary Listing and description in the Show Guide
• Complimentary Listing in the online floor plan and Exhibitor Directory
• 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape
• Identification Sign

 

PLEASE NOTE: Carpeting is required but is NOT included in the cost of your booth.
 

Cancellation/Downsizing Penalties

Cancellations or space reductions must be received via email.  Refunds will be based on the following schedule:
•    On or before February 25, 2022: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
•    After February 25: No refunds.
