REGISTRATION RATES. 
Full conference fees include access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, panels, and networking breaks. Each exhibitor is limited to two complimentary booth staff badges per 10x10 space.  Additional booth staff badges are $100 per person.

Booth staff may pay to attend the sessions and panels based on the AUSA membership level fees below. Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.  All attendees must register on-line, and there is no cost for the media, or currently serving military and government civilian personnel.

*The Early Bird rate ends at 1700 EST, 28 April 2023. No refunds will be provided after that date.

**All non-members registering for this event will receive a complimentary Basic AUSA Membership and will be charged at the Basic Member registration rate. If you choose to opt out of the Basic Membership, your registration rate will be as a Non-Member. If you would like to opt-out of the complimentary Basic Membership,

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
The 2023 AUSA LANPAC Symposium and Exposition is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel.  The Association of the United States Army welcomes all members, employees or consultants of member companies, the media, active-duty military, civilian government personnel, international military and government, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.  The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:
  • AUSA Member

  • Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family (no family members under 13 are permitted at AUSA events

  • Employee of a sponsoring company

  • Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner

  • Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government

  • Member of a U.S. military or veteran association

  • Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee

  • Military Cadet (service academies, JROTC/ROTC, and OCS)

  • Media

  • Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS


ON-SITE REGISTRATION HOURS: 
On-site registration and badge pickup will begin on Monday, 15 May 2023 at the Sheraton Waikiki.  A 100% ID check will be in place.  If you are picking up someone else's badge, have a copy of their ID with you.
