WHO CAN COME TO THIS EVENT?

The 2020 AUSA LANPAC Symposium and Exposition is open to all interested parties, military and civilian government personnel.

There is no registration fee for Military/Government personnel.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Military attendees serving as keynote speakers, panel members, forum members or exhibitors will wear the “Tropical Army Service Uniform (ASU, Class B) or service equivalent.

Military attendees not serving as keynote speakers, panel members or exhibitors may wear the Army Combat Uniform (ACU) / OEF-A/Operational Camouflage Patten (OCP)/Fatigues or service equivalent.

Civilian attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire.

WHEN CAN I ACCESS THE BRIEFING CHARTS USED DURING THE SYMPOSIUM?

Electronic copies of the briefing charts will be available online approximately two weeks after the symposium at www.ausa.org, under “Meetings & Events” and by clicking on “Past Events. You can also click here to access the briefs given during the symposium.

IS VALIDATED PARKING AVAILABLE?

Validated parking is available at the Sheraton Waikiki Garage ONLY. A stamp will be available at the AUSA registration desk to decrease the parking fee to a $10.00 Banquet Parking rate for up to 12 hours for local non-guests of the hotel. Validation will not apply at other garages in the area.

CAN AN EXHIBITOR ATTEND THE SESSIONS? AT WHAT COST?

If an exhibitor wants to attend the sessions, they must register for a badge and pay the registration costs. 

HOW CAN I RECEIVE A COPY OF MY REGISTRATION RECEIPT?

Receipts for paid attendees will be available on-site at the self-serve kiosk or email our Registrar, Suzanne McCollum, at SMcCollum@ausa.org.

IS LUNCH PROVIDED?

Lunch is NOT provided; however, there is a mid-day reception on Tuesday and Wednesday.
