REGISTRATION

On-line, Pre-registration is open from 6 January 2020 – 13 May 2020.
On-Site registration will open at the Sheraton Waikiki on Monday, 18 May 2020 from 1300-1700.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The 2020 AUSA LANPAC Symposium and Exposition is open to all interested parties, military, and civilian government personnel.  Please refer to our FAQs for further questions regarding eligibility. 

  • Full Symposium Registration includes access to all program sessions, the exhibit hall, and any networking receptions within the exhibit hall. Rates are below.

  • Exhibit Booth Staff Exhibit Hall ONLY badges are included with the cost of the booth. This registration type does not include access to program sessions. Badge includes networking receptions within the exhibit hall.

  • All media, active military, and federal government (non-contractor) personnel may attend the full symposium at no charge. Retired military will be charged based on their membership category.

PAYMENT

AUSA accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our secure, on-line registration system. AUSA does not accept payment over email. Receipts are emailed to the registrant after completing on-line registration. Receipts may also be obtained on-site the cashier counter.
 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made for those registrants who email registration@ausa.org prior to close of business 13 May 2020. No refunds after 13 May 2020.
