Prevailing Through Landpower

Scope:

Prevailing Through Landpower is a framework of deterrence and the preservation of a free and open Indo-Pacific through a land forces network of Allies and Partners. Keynote addresses and panel discussions will feature Admiral Samuel Paparo (Commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command), General Ronald Clark (Commanding General of U.S. Army Pacific), and numerous Chiefs of Armies from across the region, and will grapple with the concepts of Organizing, Generating, and Applying Landpower within the inherent challenges of the Indo-Pacific. The keynotes, discussions, and programs of LANPAC25 will convey a comprehensive appreciation of the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility and enhance shared understanding of USARPAC’s strategic vision nested with USINDOPACOM.

Objective:

The purpose of LANPAC25 is to highlight the role of land forces in the Indo-Pacific Region and their contributions to the Joint Force in peace and conflict. This event serves to enhance cooperation with Indo-Pacific Allies and Partners, showcase USARPAC as a learning organization through interaction with industry, academia, and other non-governmental organizations, and advance multilateral dialogue and integration across the region. Through the symposium’s keynote addresses, panel discussions, senior enlisted and leadership forums, industry engagements, and other events, it aims to professionally develop leaders, demonstrate emerging technologies, promote theater campaign approaches across the region, and reinforce military to military relationships.
