General Session Seating Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all attendees, the following seating policy will be in place for General Session programming:

  • Theater-Style Seating: All seating in the General Session room will be arranged in theater style to accommodate the audience and streamline room flow.

  • Reserved Seating Areas: Designated seating areas will be reserved for U.S. Army Flag Officers and International Military Delegations. These areas will be clearly marked and managed by AUSA staff.

  • By-Name Seating: Select individuals will receive by-name assigned seating in alignment with programmatic or protocol requirements. Those seated by name will receive direct communication from the AUSA team in advance of the event.

  • Overflow Seating: Should the General Session room reach capacity, overflow seating will be available in the adjacent Honolulu Suite, where a live video feed of the session will be provided.

We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these arrangements and helping us honor our distinguished guests and partners. For questions regarding seating or access, please contact Shelby Parish, sparish@ausa.org
