1. The Early Bird rate ends at 1700 EST, FRIDAY, 11 APRIL 2025. No refunds will be provided after 11 APRIL 2024.
2. Government contractor personnel attending LANPAC 2025 will incur fees to attend the full conference or as exhibit hall only attendees. Fees will automatically calculate during registration based on the attendee's AUSA membership level (non, basic, association partner, national partner, or premium). Contractors may join AUSA or upgrade to a premium membership during registration to reduce the registration fees.
3. Exhibit Hall Only attendees can purchase the catered, networking lunches during registration.
4. Booth staff over the allotted 2 per 10'x10' booth will be charged a registration fee of $100 each and charges for the catered, networking lunches.
The 2025 AUSA LANPAC Symposium and Exposition is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel. As a private organization, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or cancel any registration without explanation. Registrants attending LANPAC should have an “identifiable relationship” with the Association of the U.S. Army. The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:
