STAY TUNED, PRE REGISTRATION FOR LANPAC 2023 WILL OPEN IN MARCH 2023

On-site registration and badge pickup will begin at 1300, on Monday, 15 May 2023 at the Sheraton Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii.  


REGISTRATION FEES:   Fees include access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, panels, and networking breaks.  Each exhibit is limited to two complimentary booth staff per 10x10 space. Additional booth staff are $100 per person.  Booth staff may pay to attend the sessions and panels based on the membership level fees below. Non-Members of AUSA will receive a complimentary Basic AUSA Membership during registration and will pay the Basic Member registration rates.  Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.  All attendees may register on-line, and there is no cost for the media, or currently serving military and government civilian personnel.

**All non-members registering for LANPAC will receive a complimentary Basic AUSA Membership and be charged the Basic Member registration rate. The 2023 AUSA LANPAC Symposium and Exposition is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel.  The Association of the United States Army welcomes all members, employees or consultants of member companies, the media, active-duty military, civilian government personnel, international military and government, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.  The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:

  • AUSA Member

  • Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family

  • Employee of a sponsoring company

  • Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner

  • Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government

  • Member of a U.S. military or veteran association

  • Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee

  • Military Cadet (service academies, JROTC/ROTC, and OCS)

  • Media

  • Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS
