Meeting Space Request

Due to a limited amount of meeting space available during the LANPAC Symposium and Conference, AUSA is offering Hospitality Suites within the Sheraton Waikiki. These private suites are available for rental on a single or multi day basis. 

 

Costs:

  • LANPAC 2023 sponsors and exhibitors: $1,750 + cost of suite average estimated rate of $800++/night)
  • Non-Sponsors/Exhibitors: $2,500 + cost of suite (average estimated rate of $800++/night)

Responsibilities:

  • Group will cover the costs of the room rental, set-up fee, and refresh. 
  • Group will guarantee the room by paying for the room. All charges will be pre-charged to the client’s CC on file and anything additional settled upon check-out.
  • Group will define their expected needs with the hotel such as furniture removal, set-up requirements, and daily requests. Please note, there may be costs associated with furniture removal or additions. 

Steps to Reserve Space:

  1. Contact Shelby Parish at sparish@ausa.org for submission form link 
  2. AUSA will determine eligibility based on LANPAC exhibitor/sponsor status.
  3. Once an online submission is approved and booking fees are collected, AUSA will connect you with the Sheraton Waikiki to confirm room set-up, audio visual requirements and assist with food and beverage options.

Please note, hotel is not currently offering F&B delivery to suites, however for a fee hotel will provide banquet items such a glassware. Outside food is allowed.
