The 2022 AUSA LANPAC Symposium and Exposition is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel. We are pleased to welcome you back to in-person events at the same rates as 2019!
On-line registration is open through Wednesday, 11 May 2022. For this event, we are asking that all attendees, exhibitors, and speakers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 within 14 days of attendance. More information on health and safety protocols can be found below.
The Association of the United States Army welcomes all members, employees or consultants of member companies, the media, active-duty military, civilian government personnel, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army. Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, VISA or MasterCard. All attendees may register on-line, and there is no cost for the media, or military and government civilian personnel. If you are unable to register on-line, please contact smccollum@ausa.org. Refunds will be given to registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 11 May 2022. No refunds for cancellations after that date. Registration after 11 May 2022 is on-site, starting on 16 May 2022 at 1300.
REGISTRATION FEES: Fees include access to the general sessions, panels, and networking breaks. AUSA does not charge a fee to visit the LANPAC exhibit hall. Booth staff may attend the sessions in accordance with their membership rate below.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
As we welcome you back to in-person events, AUSA is committed to the health and safety of our attendees. We continue to monitor recommendations from local health authorities and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for essential large group meetings and events. In consultation with the Army and given the recent trends in COVID-19 transmission levels, we have determined that in the best interest of all attendees that AUSA is requiring that all attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are 100% vaccinated against COVID-19 within 14 days of attendance at LANPAC 2022. Masks are optional. These requirements are subject to change.
A person is considered 100% vaccinated 14 days prior to 17 May 2022, by receiving a two-dose vaccine series, such as Pfizer and Moderna, or any World Health Organization-approved vaccine for international participants listed below.
- Oxford/AstraZeneca
- Serum Institute of India/Covishield
- Sinopharm (Beijing)
- Sinovac/CoronaVac
- a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
There will be no exceptions to the requirement to be fully vaccinated for all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff.
