Meeting Space Request
Due to a limited amount of meeting space available during the LANPAC Symposium and Conference, AUSA is offering a limited number of Hospitality Suites within the Sheraton Waikiki. These private suites are available for rental on a single or multi day basis.
Costs:
- LANPAC 2022 sponsors and exhibitors: $1,500 + cost of suite average estimated rate of $700++/night)
- Non-Sponsors/Exhibitors: $2,500 + cost of suite (average estimated rate of $700++/night)
Attendees Responsible for:
- Group will cover the costs of the room rental, set-up fee, and refresh.
- Group will guarantee the room by paying for the room and F&B. All charges will be pre-charged to the client’s CC on file and anything additional settled upon check-out.
- Group will define their expected needs with the hotel such as furniture removal, set-up requirements, daily requests, and F&B orders (coffee stations, pre-packaged snacks, etc.) Please note, there may be costs associated with furniture removal or additions.
Steps to Reserve Space:
- Contact Shelby Parish at sparish@ausa.org for approval.
- AUSA will determine your exhibitor status.
- AUSA will approve your request and connect you with Sheraton Waikiki to reserve suite and confirm furniture and food and beverage options.
