Meeting Space Request

Due to a limited amount of meeting space available during the LANPAC Symposium and Conference, AUSA is offering a limited number of Hospitality Suites within the Sheraton Waikiki. These private suites are available for rental on a single or multi day basis. 

 

 

Costs:

  • LANPAC 2022 sponsors and exhibitors: $1,500 + cost of suite average estimated rate of $700++/night)
  • Non-Sponsors/Exhibitors: $2,500 + cost of suite (average estimated rate of $700++/night)

Attendees Responsible for:

  • Group will cover the costs of the room rental, set-up fee, and refresh. 
  • Group will guarantee the room by paying for the room and F&B. All charges will be pre-charged to the client’s CC on file and anything additional settled upon check-out.
  • Group will define their expected needs with the hotel such as furniture removal, set-up requirements, daily requests, and F&B orders (coffee stations, pre-packaged snacks, etc.) Please note, there may be costs associated with furniture removal or additions. 

Steps to Reserve Space:

  1. Contact Shelby Parish at sparish@ausa.org for approval. 
  2. AUSA will determine your exhibitor status.
  3. AUSA will approve your request and connect you with Sheraton Waikiki to reserve suite and confirm furniture and food and beverage options.
