DRESS CODE

Military attendees serving as keynote speakers and panel members will wear AGSU – Class A (jacket and tie). Military attendees not serving as speakers may wear the Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Military drivers and escort officers should wear the Tropical Army Service Uniform (ASU, Class B). Civilian attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire/Aloha crisp.

HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

As we welcome you back to in-person events, AUSA is committed to the health and safety of our attendees. We continue to monitor recommendations from local health authorities and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for essential large group meetings and events. In consultation with the Army and given the recent trends in COVID-19 transmission levels, we have determined that in the best interest of all attendees, AUSA is requiring attendees to be 100% vaccinated against COVID-19, within 14 days of receiving your badge.

A person is considered 100% vaccinated (14) days prior to 17 May 2022, by receiving a two-dose vaccine series, such as Pfizer and Moderna, or any World Health Organization-approved vaccine for international participants listed below.

• Sinopharm (Beijing)
• Sinovac/CoronaVac
• A single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

These receptions will take place in the exhibit hall and provide you exclusive networking time with everyone participating at LANPAC this year.

MEETING ROOMS

Due to a limited amount of meeting space available during the LANPAC Symposium and Conference, AUSA is offering a limited number of Hospitality Suites within the Sheraton Waikiki. These private suites are available for rental on a single or multi-day basis. For more information, click HERE.


NEW! JUNIOR LEADER SOLARIUM

The Junior Leader Solarium is a new initiative developed by AUSA’s Center of Leadership and complements the overall LANPAC program. 90+ participants will be split into eight teams for interactive learning, engagement, and conversation. The teams will openly share their perspectives on leadership, coalition-building, and multi-domain operations. Each team will discuss three leadership challenges, share ideas between teams, and then provide senior USARPAC leaders with recommended solutions.

This important forum will focus on the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Training Center (JPMRC). The theme of this event is “Joint Pacific Multinational Training: The Importance of Training in the Environments we will Operate In.” For a list of the panel participants, please reference our Show Guide.  
Please note:  all attendees must register for LANPAC and pick up their badge at the Sheraton before attending this event.
