What’s Your Investment?

National Partner	$47 per sq.ft.
Community Partner (must be 5 or 10 Membership Level)	$57 per sq.ft.
Non-Member	$72 per sq.ft.
Government/Military	$21 per sq.ft.

 

A 10% deposit is due when reserving booth space, the remaining balance is due within 10 business days.  After January 14, 2022, full payment is required with all booth reservations.

• 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape (in-line booths only)

*Exhibit Hall ONLY badges do not include access to the sessions. For full access to program sessions view registration rates and categories.

PLEASE NOTE: Carpeting is required but is NOT included in the cost of your booth.
 

Cancellation/Downsizing Penalties

Cancellations or space reductions must be received via email.  Refunds will be based on the following schedule:
•    On or before Friday, January 14, 2022: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
•    After Friday, January 14, 2022: No refunds.
