Where and When is the AUSA LANPAC Symposium and Exposition?
LANPAC 2022 returns to Honolulu, Hawaii, 17-19 May 2022, at the Sheraton Waikiki, 2255 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI, 96815. Additionally, a Junior Leader Solarium will be taking place. Attendees going to the Solarium must register for LANPAC and obtain a badge.

Who May Attend?
AUSA LANPAC is not open to the public. As a private association, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any admission without explanation. All registrants must provide proof of identity by a Government-issued photographic ID (military ID, valid US driver’s license, CAC, or Passport) and must demonstrate that they have an “identifiable relationship” with the U.S. Army. Following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:
- Membership in AUSA
- Employee of an exhibiting company
- Government-contracted employees with documented proof of a contractual relationship
- Invited guest of an exhibiting company on exhibiting company letterhead
- Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner
- Member of any component of the U.S. military
- Civilian employee of the Federal Government
- Member of an accredited Federal, State, or Municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS
- Member of a designated U.S. military or veteran association
- Member of the military forces of foreign nations with passport
- Any escorted guest of an AUSA Member

Are there Health and Safety Requirements Related to COVID-19?
As we welcome you back to in-person events, AUSA is committed to the health and safety of our attendees. We continue to monitor recommendations from local health authorities and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for essential large group meetings and events. In consultation with the Army and given the recent trends in COVID-19 transmission levels, we have determined that in the best interest of all attendees, AUSA is requiring attendees to be 100% vaccinated against COVID-19, within 14 days of receiving your badge.
A person is considered 100% vaccinated (14) days prior to 17 May 2022, by receiving a two-dose vaccine series, such as Pfizer and Moderna, or any World Health Organization-approved vaccine for international participants listed below.
- Oxford/AstraZeneca
- Serum Institute of India/Covishield
- Sinopharm (Beijing)
- Sinovac/CoronaVac
- A single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

What do I do if I need a COVID-19 Test While On-Site?
Both the Sheraton Waikiki and the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani have urgent care facilities on property that are offering COVID-19 tests.
Sheraton Waikiki:
Hawaii Pacific Health 808-971-6000
- Hawaii Public Health offers two types of test: PCR and Antigen
- Costs and Results Times:
- Rapid PCR: $175 with results from 1 to 2 hours
- Non Rapid PCR: $150 with results in 1 to 2 days
- Rapid Antigen: $93.20 with results in 1 to 2 hours
- Walk-ins only
- Location: First floor of Sheraton Waikiki
- Hours: Sunday through Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sheraton Princess Kaiulani: Doctors of Waikiki 808-922-2112
- Doctors of Waikiki offer three types of test: PCR/Antigen, Antigen Test Only, and Anti-body Test
- Costs and Results Times:
- PCR: $314 with results within 1 hour
- Antigen: $178 with results within 30 minutes
- Anti-body: $160 with results within 30 minutes.
- Either walk-in or schedule a test online here.
- Hours: 7 days a week: 9:00am to 10:00pm
- Must bring passport with you.

Where do I find my Registration Receipt?
Receipts can be obtained during the registration process and through the link on your confirmation email. Additionally, you may have one printed on-site at the On-site Payments desk in the LANPAC registration area at the Sheraton Waikiki. Is there a Housing Block?
The Sheraton Waikiki is the headquarters hotel. You may reserve housing by clicking here: LANPAC Housing Speakers: please contact Shelby Parrish for assistance. International delegations guests: please contact Emily Call to secure your hotel rooms.
How do I obtain professional development credit for attending LANPAC 2022?
AUSA’s commitment to professional development includes seminars and special presentations on the issues affecting today’s Army. Please refer to the symposium agenda for the latest schedule. Army National Guard and United States Army Reserve personnel attending program sessions are authorized one retirement credit for each day’s attendance if at least four hours are spent in program sessions in uniform (reference NGR 680-2 and Army Regulations 140-1 and 140-185). Recommend personnel be placed on orders in a non-pay status to document time.
Are meeting rooms available at LANPAC 2022?
Bookings are limited and will be taken on-site at the registration On-Site payments (cashier) counter. Rooms are available in one-hour time blocks, on a first come, first served basis.
Is lunch provided?
There will be mid-day receptions on Tuesday, 17 May and Wednesday, 18 May in the exhibit hall.
How do I obtain the briefing charts used during the sessions?
Electronic copies of the briefing charts will be available online approximately two weeks after the symposium at www.ausa.org, under “Meetings & Events” and by clicking on “Past Events”.
Do you validate parking at the Sheraton?
We are unable to offer parking validation in 2022.
