A 10% deposit is due when reserving booth space, the remaining balance is due by September 6.  After September 6, full payment is required with all booth reservations.

  • Complimentary Listing and description in the Show Guide
  • Complimentary Listing in the online floor plan and Exhibitor Directory
  • 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape (in-line booths only)
  • Company identification sign (in-line booths only)

*Exhibit Hall ONLY badges do not include access to the sessions. For full access to program sessions view registration rates and categories.

PLEASE NOTE: Carpeting is required but is NOT included in the cost of your booth.

Exhibitor Terms of Agreement

All exhibitors must agree to abide by the Exhibitor Terms of Agreement and all other rules and regulations as defined by AUSA for this event.

Cancellation/Downsizing Penalties

Cancellations or space reductions must be received via email.  Refunds will be based on the following schedule:
•    On or before September 6, 2024: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
•    After September 6: NO REFUNDS
