Global Force 2025 Digital Access Pass. What is it?
AUSA is pleased to offer two options for attending educational sessions and forums. Attendees may enter sessions and forums with their digital access pass or a printed badge.
DIGITAL ACCESS PASS FOR THE EDUCATIONAL FORUMS. Using the digital access pass may minimize the time you wait to get to the Mark C. Smith Concert Hall on the first day of Global Force. Your digital access pass will be scanned upon entry into the concert hall. The digital access pass can be used to attend all sessions in lieu of a printed badge.
All conference registrants will receive a digital access pass in their confirmation email with instructions on how to add the pass into your Apple or Android wallet.
PRINTED BADGES REQUIRED FOR THE EXHIBIT HALL. Printed badges are required to enter the exhibit halls (including any events in the exhibit halls, such as networking refreshments and the Warrior’s Corner). You may also use your printed badge for entry to all events in lieu of a digital access pass.

If you are unable to download the Digital Access Pass, you may show the QR code from your confirmation email. This QR code can also be used to pick up a printed badge.
How to download your digital access pass:
iPhone user:

- Open the email on your smartphone.
- Click on the "Download to iPhone" button
- In the top right corner, click "Add" to put your digital access pass in the Apple wallet.
- To recall your digital access pass during annual meeting, look for this icon on your phone. Click on it and scroll for your digital access pass.

Android user:
|
|
|
- Open the email on your smartphone.
- Click on the "Download to Android" button
- You will be prompted to save to G Pay – click the "Save" button.
- To recall your digital access pass during annual meeting, go to G Pay. Find Event Name and click "Open App" button.
