THEME: Driving Continuous Transformation of Ready Combat Formations
SCOPE: The Army has the most flexible and lethal capability for ground. To meet emerging challenges, the Army continues to rely on Continuous Transformation as an engine for transforming the force with necessary speed, range and convergence of modernized technology to maintain overmatch. The key to remain dominant against evolving and emerging threats in an era of rapid change is to leverage Transformation in Contact putting critical equipment in the hands of the warfighters, which will set conditions to deliver the total force envisioned in Army Warfighting Concept 2030-2040.
OBJECTIVE: To create opportunities for Army leadership, academia, and defense industry leaders to discuss mutual interests and ensure a highly trained, modern, and ready Army. Discussions will focus on how the Army operates across land, air, sea, space and cyber domains with credible combat power within the Army Warfighting Concept 2030-2040. Panels and workshops will address continuous transformation, emerging technologies, and sustainment approaches while emphasizing joint operations, agility, interoperability, and resiliency.
