Exhibitors are permitted access to the exhibit hall one (1) hour prior to opening.

 

Installation & Dismantling 

Booth installation for this event is based on a targeted move-in schedule.  Please refer to the service kit for exact days and times.

Move-in - East and South Halls
Thursday, March 21 7:00am - 11:00am Vehicle Move-in Only
  12:00pm - 5:00pm Booths 1,200 sq.ft or larger
Friday, March 22 8:00am - 5:00pm 400 - 1100 sq.ft. 
Saturday, March 23 8:00am - 5:00pm  
Sunday, March 24 8:00am - 5:00pm  
Monday, March 25 8:00am - 5:00pm*  

* All booths must be set by 5:00pm on Monday, March 25 or they will be considered a no show.
 

Move-out

Thursday, March 28 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday, March 29 8:00am - 4:00pm


Height Allowance

The ceiling height in the South Hall is 20' with exception of the ballroom area which is at 12' (indicated on the floor plan as "Low Ceiling").  Hanging signs/banners CANNOT be hung in the South Hall Ballroom area and booth structures must not exceed 10'.
The maximum height allowance in the East Hall is 12'.  


Cancellation/Refund Policy

All  booth cancellations or space reductions must be received in writing.  Space reductions of any size are handled in the same manner as cancellations.  Once the notification is received by AUSA, cancellations will be confirmed  via an official cancellation confirmation. 

Refunds will be based on the following schedule:
•    On or before January 12, 2024: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
•    After January 12: NO REFUNDS.
