National Partner	$49 per sq.ft.
Community Partner (must be 5 or 10 Membership Level)	$59 per sq.ft.
Non-Member	$74 per sq.ft.
Government/Military	$23 per sq.ft.
Outdoor Exhibit Space	$25 per sq.ft.*

* Booth space must be reserved in the South or East Hall before being approved for an outdoor space. 

A 10% deposit is due when reserving booth space, the remaining balance is due by January 12.  After January 12, full payment is required with all booth reservations.

*Exhibit Hall ONLY badges do not include access to the sessions. For full access to program sessions view registration rates and categories.

PLEASE NOTE: Carpeting is required but is NOT included in the cost of your booth.
 

Exhibitor Terms of Agreement

All exhibitors must agree to abide by the Exhibitor Terms of Agreement and all other rules and regulations as defined by AUSA for this event.

Cancellation/Downsizing Penalties

Cancellations or space reductions must be received via email.  Refunds will be based on the following schedule:
•    On or before January 12, 2024: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
•    After January 12: NO REFUNDS
