Stay tuned! On-Line Registration for the 2023 Global Force Symposium and Exposition (GFSE) will open in late January 2023.
 

On-site registration and badge pickup will begin on Monday, 27 March 2023 at the Von Braun Center, Huntsville, Alabama.  AUSA is asking that all attendees self-attest during registration that they are 100% vaccinated against COVID-19.  We recommend you follow the CDC guidelines for your vaccine type, which can be found here: Stay Up to Date with COVID-19 Vaccines Including Boosters.

REGISTRATION RATES. Fees include access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, panels, and networking breaks.  Each exhibit is limited to four complimentary booth staff per 10x10 space. Additional booth staff are $75 per person.  Booth staff may attend the sessions and panels based on the membership level fees below.  Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.  All attendees may register on-line, and there is no cost for the media, or currently serving military and government civilian personnel. 

*The Early Bird rate ends at 1700 EST, 28 February 2023.  No refunds will be provided after 8 March 2023. 
**All non-members registering for the Global Force Symposia will receive a complimentary Basic AUSA Membership and  will be charged at the Basic Member registration rate. The 2023 AUSA GFSE is open to all interested parties, military, and government civilian personnel.  As a private organization, AUSA reserves the right to deny admission or to cancel any registration without explanation. Registrants attending GFSE should have an “identifiable relationship” with the Association of the U.S. Army. The following are examples of acceptable demonstrations of such a relationship:

• AUSA Member 

• Any member of the US Armed Forces or their immediate family (over age 13)

• Employee of a sponsoring company

• Employee of an AUSA National Partner or Community Partner

• Civilian or contracted employee of the Federal Government

• Member of a U.S. military or veteran association

• Member of the military forces of foreign nations, or civilian embassy employee

• Military Cadet (service academies, JROTC/ROTC, and OCS) 

• Media

• Member of a Federal, State, Tribal or municipal law enforcement agency, a firefighter, or an EMT/EMS
