Photography Acknowledgement
Attendees acknowledge that by entering the AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition, photos and recordings may be taken for promotional purposes. Please let a photographer/videographer know if you do not wish for your image to be used.
Registration is open. Social event ticket sales are closed. Remaining social event tickets will be available for purchase at the convention center during registration hours.
Registration is FREE ($0)! There is a cost for social event tickets. Registrants should have an “identifiable relationship” with AUSA, see below for more information.
Badge Reprint Fee: Once a badge is printed, any edits or lost/forgotten badges will incur a $20 badge reprint fee. Ensure your badge is filled out correctly during registration. There is a 100% ID check to pick up a badge.
All attendees and exhibitors must be registered and have a printed badge or a digital access pass to enter the 2025 AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition. All badges will be printed on-site at the event. We do not mail badges. There is a 100% ID check in place to receive a badge. If you are picking up someone else's badge, you must show a copy of their ID.
If you do not have a paid, reserved booth in our exhibit halls, you may register as an Attendee. If you are looking for information regarding the exhibit halls or how to exhibit at the 2025 AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition, please visit: Annual Meeting Exhibits.
If you were a VIP invited guest last year and want to know if you will receive an invitation this year, contact the Annual Meeting Operations Center before you register.

ATTENDEE LIST SERVICES. AUSA DOES NOT distribute attendee or exhibitor registration lists, nor any personal attendee/exhibitor information and DOES NOT offer list rental services. AUSA Show Management encourages you to be aware of organizations who may try to sell AUSA Attendee lists to you. Like many trade shows today, the AUSA Annual Meeting is targeted by unethical businesses that may scrape email addresses from our website to contact our attendees and exhibitors about list rentals and other sales offers. We do not authorize this practice. If you receive these emails, we recommend you delete/block them.
If you have further questions about badge registration and social event ticket sales, you may contact: AnnualMeetingOperations@ausa.org.
