General Housing for the 2025 AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition is now open. Be sure to save time and money by booking through AUSA's official Housing Bureau - Convention Management Resources - who is available to assist with your housing needs.

Attendees and Exhibitors have exclusive access to the lowest negotiated 2025 hotel rates including per diem rooms for qualified attendees. Rooms are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete list of our hotels can be found here or by selecting Hotel List on the drop down menu above under Hotel & Travel.

This year's AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center from October 13-15. Attendees can expect a similar line-up of educational programming and special functions to include the highly attended Opening Ceremony, Eisenhower Luncheon, Marshall Dinner, Contemporary Military Forums and more. Plan your travel accordingly to attend all of AUSA's flagship events.

PER DIEM HOUSING
AUSA's Government Per Diem rate sleeping rooms are available only to uniformed Military Personnel and DOD Civilians. You will be asked to show a valid ID when you check into the hotel. AUSA will audit reservations; you will be contacted if you are not eligible. If you do not have a valid active duty/DOD government ID at check-in, you will be charged the prevailing rate at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, due to AUSA's limited number of sleeping rooms at this rate, Retired Military and Government Contractors are not eligible. The prevailing government per diem rate is $276 per night.

BE AWARE OF HOTEL ROOM SCAMS
Please be aware companies other than our official housing provider (CMR) may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with AUSA and our Annual Meeting. They will claim to offer hotel rooms at 'reduced' rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AUSA and it is highly recommended that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. Convention Management Resources is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact. If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to EventHousing@ausa.org
