Badges and Tickets
All Delegation Registration forms should be submitted to internationalprograms@ausa.org by 12 September 2025.Each Delegation is given an allotment of tickets for events at the Annual Meeting. Please refer to the Key Information document to see ticket allotments for each event. Please note the delegate receiving each ticket on the registration form. Additional tickets will be available for purchase on an event by event basis and is noted on the Key Information document.
Badges and tickets must be picked up onsite at the Walter E Washington Convention Center during registration hours. Badges will not be pre-printed or distributed prior to registration opening. Delegations are asked to schedule and appointment time for pick up stating Friday, October 10th.
Housing
AUSA is holding a limited number of rooms at the Hyatt Washington, DC Convention Center, Holiday Inn Express Washington DC, and the Grand Hyatt Washington DC, rooms are available on a firs-come, first-served basis. Housing Alert - Hotel Room Scams
Please be aware companies other than the AUSA Annual Meeting official housing provider (Convention Managment Resources) may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with AUSA and the AUSA Annual Meeting and claim to offer hotels at "reduced" rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AUSA and it is highly recommended that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. Convention Managment Resouruces is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact. If you receive solicitations form other companies, please forward them to internationalprograms@ausa.org.

Requirements for booking:
- Confirmed appointment with all participating parties.
- Appointed POC for booking between all participating parties.
- 30-60 minute booking windows.

International Lounge
All International Military are welcome to use this room as your "home base" while attending the Annual Meeting.
