All Annual Meeting VIP guest invitations have gone out. A list of sent dates is at the bottom of this page.
The invitation was sent from AnnualMeetingOperations@AUSA.org. When an invitation is received, kindly respond by Wednesday, 17 September 2025. All ticket sales will close on that day and will no longer be available through the invitation link. We cannot not guarantee all of the offered tickets will be available after 17 September 2025. Events do sell out! We cannot guarantee a VIP guest will receive a ticket to a sold out event.
If the VIP guest has already registered as an exhibitor, contact AnnualMeetingOperations@ausa.org to have that registration cancelled, no one can have 2 registration types. Exhibitors cannot receive VIP tickets.
If you have not received your invitation and believe you are a VIP-invited guest, ensure you have checked all email boxes associated with your AUSA account (official and/or personal emails accounts) before asking that an invitation be resent. The Operations Center will respond to you within 24 hours.
Who are VIPs? AUSA maintains a VIP guest list of senior Army leaders (Army civilian leadership, all current general officers, senior executive service, chief warrant officers five, nominative command sergeants major in 2-4-star level positions only)), as well as other government and AUSA distinguished guests. We send invitations directly to invited guests. Upon request, we can send a copy to XOs, aides, or assistants who are looking for their senior leader's invitation.
VIP-invited guests looking for descriptions of VIP invitation-only social events may email the AUSA Operations Center: AnnualMeetingOperations@ausa.org. VIPs will have the option to select 1 or 2 tickets based on the event. There is 1 complimentary ticket per VIP for the Eisenhower Luncheon and 2 complimentary tickets per VIP for the President's Reception and George C. Marshall Dinner. If the VIP intends to bring a guest to the Eisenhower Lunch, a ticket purchase is required (member rate $100/nonmember rate $120) and there is no guarantee the guest will be seated with the VIP.
All annual meeting social events are approved for attendance by HQDA, Office of General Counsel (OGC) as a widely attended gathering. A copy of the WAG memo can be provided upon request. If your local JAG has further questions, they should contact HQDA OGC.
- Badges and tickets can only be picked up at the designated locations in Washington DC during registration hours.
- 100% ID check to receive a badge and tickets. If you are picking up a badge and tickets for anyone, you must show a copy of their government issued photo ID to receive the badge/tickets.
