VIP Invited Guests

VIP Invitations to the 2025 Annual Meeting and Exposition will be sent in August/September 2025.  

VIP guests are typically senior Army leaders.  AUSA asks that VIP guests DO NOT register in advance of receiving an invitation. VIP Invitations will be sent to the email address(es) on file with AUSA (personal and/or business). We do not send invitations to aides or assistants. Please ensure you have checked all email addresses associated with your AUSA account before asking that an invitation be resent. If you have not received an invitation by 12 September 2025, please contact the AUSA Operations Center: AnnualMeetingOperations@ausa.org. A member of the Operations Center will respond to you within 24 hours.

Please note that we hold some tickets for VIP guests; however, we cannot not guarantee tickets will be available after 17 September 2025.  

VIP-invited guests looking for descriptions of invitation-only social events may email the AUSA Operations Center: AnnualMeetingOperations@ausa.org. All events are approved by HQDA as a widely attended gathering. A copy of the approval can be provided upon request. If your local JAG has questions, they may contact HQDA Office of the General Counsel.

If you are picking up a badge and tickets for a VIP, you must have a copy of their government issued photo ID to receive the packet.   VIP badge and ticket pick-ups are subject to the same ID requirements as all other attendees.
