What is the Digital Access Pass and How do I use it? 

AUSA is pleased to offer two options for attending educational sessions and forums.  Attendees may enter sessions and forums with their digital access pass or a printed badge.  Think of the digital access pass as a digital badge on your phone vs a paper badge on a lanyard.  There are limitations with the digital access pass: 

DIGITAL ACCESS PASS FOR THE EDUCATIONAL FORUMS. Using the digital access pass may minimize wait time to enter a session during the Annual Meeting. Your digital access pass will be scanned upon entry into the Walter. E. Washington Convention Center (WEWCC). The digital access pass can be used to attend all contemporary military forums and educational sessions in lieu of a printed badge. 

All conference attendees will receive a digital access pass with their registration confirmation. 

PRINTED BADGES REQUIRED FOR THE EXHIBIT HALL. Printed badges are required to enter the exhibit halls (including the Warrior’s Corner) and to receive social event tickets. You must pick up your printed badge to receive your event tickets.

If you are unable to download the Digital Access Pass, you may show the QR code from your confirmation email. This same QR code will also be required to pick up a printed badge.

How to download your digital access pass (from your personal confirmation email):

iPhone user:

Apple Wallet

  1. Open your registration confirmation email on your smartphone.
  2. Click on the "Download to iPhone" button
  3. In the top right corner, click "Add" to put your digital access pass in the Apple wallet.
  4. To recall your digital access pass during annual meeting, look for this icon on your phone. Click on it and scroll for your digital access pass.
 

Android user:

Smartphone

  1. Open your registration confirmation email on your smartphone.
  2. Click on the "Download to Android" button
  3. You will be prompted to save to G Pay – click the "Save" button.
  4. To recall your digital access pass during annual meeting, go to G Pay. Find Event Name and click "Open App" button.
