AUSA 2025 Annual Meeting Digital Access Pass. What is it?
AUSA is pleased to offer two options for attending educational sessions and forums. Attendees may enter sessions and forums with their digital access pass or a printed badge.
DIGITAL ACCESS PASS FOR THE EDUCATIONAL FORUMS. Using the digital access pass may minimize the time you wait to get to an event on the first day of the Annual Meeting. Your digital access pass will be scanned upon entry into the Walter. E. Washington Convention Center (WEWCC). The digital access pass can be used to attend all contemporary military forums and educational sessions in lieu of a printed badge.
All conference attendees will received a digital access pass with their registration confirmation.
PRINTED BADGES REQUIRED FOR THE EXHIBIT HALL. Printed badges are required to enter the exhibit halls (including any events in the exhibit halls, such as the Warrior’s Corner) and to receive event tickets. You may also use your printed badge for entry to all events in lieu of a digital access pass.
