2025 Annual Meeting Space Draft - Appointment Schedule

The 2025 Annual Meeting Exhibit Space Draft will be held October 13 – 16 in the AUSA Exhibit Sales Office, located in Room 102 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. 

 AUSA allocates exhibit space based on the Order-of-Merit ranking for each National Partner exhibitor. Each exhibitor is given a date and time to appear to select space.

NEW - Booth space will be priced at $58.00 per 100 sq.ft. ($5,800 per 10x10 booth)
The following policies will apply to the selection of exhibit space for the 2025 AUSA Annual Meeting:

  • Your National Partner membership must be in an active state to reserve booth space
  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve exhibit space via check or credit card
  • Booth dimensions that cause aisle displacements will not be permitted (example, 30’X30’, 30’X60’, End cap booths, etc.)
  • New policy regarding credit card transactions (see below for more details) 
  • Additional exhibitor waiver agreement (see below for more details) 


AUSA requires a 10% deposit non-refundable (check or credit card) for all space booked during the space draft. See below on new policy regarding new credit card transactions. If paying the deposit by wire transfer, it must be submitted and received by Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

Please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. At your scheduled start time, you will be directed to an AUSA representative who will assist you in the space selection process.

A 10% non-refundable deposit will also be required if you plan to reserve exhibit space for any of our other events.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit Due: 10% non-refundable deposit is due when reserving booth space.

Full Payment Due: April 4, 2025.

NEW POLICY REGARDING CREDIT CARDS TRANSACTIONS

Please be advised that starting at the 2025 AUSA Annual Meeting Space Selection, all credit card transactions for exhibit space and sponsorships will incur a 3% processing fee.  

This new policy is being implemented to help AUSA offset overall increases in expenses. To avoid this processing fee, we encourage you to consider alternative payment methods. You can submit a check, ACH, or wire payment.  (Please be advised that if you submit an international wire transaction, there is an additional $35 fee.) 

We sincerely appreciate your support and cooperation in implementing this new policy. 

AGREEMENTS (NEW)
Please view the 2025 Annual Meeting Terms of Agreement. Review this in advance to confirm your understanding and be prepared to sign it during your exhibit space selection process.  

CANCELATION/SPACE REDUCTION POLICY

  • On or Before April 4, 2025: Full refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • April 5 – May 2: 50% refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • May 3 and after: No refunds.


As a reminder, the 2025 Global Force Symposium and 2025 LANDEURO (NEW) will be available for exhibit space reservations in the Sales Office . A 10% deposit is required when reserving space at each of these shows. Additionally, sponsorship sales will be available for next year's Annual Meeting, Global Force Symposium and LANPAC Symposium.
