Meeting Space Requests

Meeting space request forms are now closed. Pop-Up requests remain open throughout Annual Meeting.

NEED A QUIET SPACE FOR ONSITE MEETINGS FOR 20 PEOPLE OR FEWER?

AUSA will offer “pop-up” meeting space in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and the Marriott Marquis on a first come first serve basis for groups of 20 or fewer. These requests can be made onsite in room 206 of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center starting Sunday, 13 October at 0800 or by emailing pop-ups@ausa.org. Email requests can be sent at any time and requests will be filled in the order in which they were received starting 13 October.

Pop-up meeting space may only be reserved for a max of 1 hour. We ask that all meetings are on the hour/half hour. Food/beverage service is not available in these rooms and reserving parties must supply their own AV. The rooms are set in a standard configuration and cannot be changed. Pop-up rooms include 16 chairs at a primary table with 4 additional perimeter chairs OR 12 chairs at a primary table OR 8 chairs at a primary table. These rooms are free of charge.

AUSA welcomes affiliated organizations, government, exhibitors, and sponsors to convene and host various functions during Annual Meeting 2024 at the Walter E.
