Exhibitor Terms of Agreement and Cancellation/Space Reduction Policy 

All exhibitors agree to abide by the Exhibitor Terms of Agreement and all other rules and regulations as defined by AUSA for this event.

Cancellation/Downsizing Policy

Any exhibitor who cancels or reduces their booth space is eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:

• On or before April 5, 2024: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
• April 6 - May 3: 50% refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
• May 4 and beyond: NO REFUNDS
