We highly encourage registering before you arrive.

Pre-registered attendees can use their digital access pass to enter any educational sessions or forums in lieu of a printed badge.

Printed badges are required in the exhibit halls and to receive event tickets. There is a 100% ID check to receive a printed badge and tickets.  If you are picking up a badge and tickets for someone else, you must have a copy of their photo ID.  This applies to all attendees to the annual meeting.  

Registration options and new badge pickup options are listed below.  All badge pick-up is in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, unless otherwise noted below.
