2024 AUSA Annual Meeting Space Draft - Appointment Schedule

The 2024 AUSA Annual Meeting Exhibit Space Draft will be held October 8 – 11 in the Exhibit Sales Office, located in Room 102AB at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.  

As in the past, AUSA will allocate exhibit space based on the Order-of-Merit ranking for each National Partner exhibitor. Each exhibitor is given an appointment day and time to appear to select space.

Booth space is priced at $56.00 per square foot ($5,600 per 10x10 booth).  The following policies will apply to the selection of exhibit space for the 2024 AUSA Annual Meeting: 

  • Your National Partner membership must be active to reserve booth space 
  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve exhibit space.  
  • Booth dimensions that cause aisle displacements will not be permitted (example, booth widths 30’, 40’, 60’, 70’, etc.) 

Last year, we sold out of booth space during the space draft and we expect the same to happen again.  Due to the high demand for booth space, you are required to pay the non-refundable 10% deposit at the time the space is reserved.   

Payments can be made via credit card and check while onsite.  Wire payments must be submitted in advance and received by Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Booth reservations will not be accepted if the deposit is not paid at the time of the scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

For your convenience a sample deposit sheet is available to determine what the deposit will be based on the requested size of booth space.

Please arrive no sooner than (10) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. At your scheduled start time, you will be directed to an AUSA representative who will assist you in the space selection process. 

PLEASE NOTE:  We have a very busy schedule booking exhibit space for next year's event.  We have more than 600 National Partners that are part of this process.  In order to stay on schedule, you must arrive to your appointment on time.  If you are more than (15) minutes, you will need to return to the Sales Office on Wednesday, October 11, at 3:00 pm to your book your space.  No exceptions.

Deposit due: 10% non-refundable deposit is due when reserving booth space.  Full payment due: April 5, 2024. 

  • On or before April 5, 2024: Full refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.  
  • April 6– May 3: 50% refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • May 4 and after: NO REFUNDS.
