NEED A QUIET SPACE FOR ONSITE MEETINGS FOR 20 PEOPLE OR FEWER?
AUSA will offer “pop-up” meeting space in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and the Marriott Marquis for groups of 20 or fewer. These requests can be made onsite in room 206 of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center starting Sunday, 8 October at 0800 or by emailing pop-ups@ausa.org. Email requests can be sent at any time and requests will be filled in the order in which they were received starting 8 October.
Pop-up meeting space may only be reserved for a max of 1 hour. Food/beverage service is not available in these rooms and reserving parties must supply their own AV. The rooms are set in a standard configuration and cannot be changed. Each room includes 16 chairs seated at a primary table with 4 additional perimeter chairs.
