SOCIAL EVENT TICKETS

The following social event tickets are open to all attendees and may be purchased during badge registration.  Events not listed here are invitation only.   VIP-invited guests looking for descriptions of invitation-only events will see them in their registration form.  Please note, the AUSA Ops Center does not track reservations of any events happening “in conjunction with” the Annual Meeting, such as Region Breakfasts or Chapter Receptions. 

TiTickets are available on-line from 11 July 2023 - 27 September 2023 (unless otherwise noted or sold out). Remaining tickets will be available on-site at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center during registration hours.

Description: AUSA’s outstanding chapter efforts in support of Reserve Component Soldiers and families are recognized at this luncheon. The Walter T. Kerwin Readiness Award will be presented to the outstanding U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard units.

OPENING CEREMONY

Description: Opening remarks: President and CEO, AUSA. The keynote speaker is the Secretary of the Army. Awards ceremony will follow the Secretary’s address.  

Please note: The non-reserved seating area does not require a ticket.  Your badge allows entry to the Opening Ceremony. Invited VIPs, awardees, and other invited guests will be provided tickets for reserved seating. All other Annual Meeting attendees/exhibitors may sit in non-reserved seating. Overflow seating is available in the pre-function South Overlook, outside of the Ballroom.


PRESIDENT’S RECEPTION

Description: The opening night social event is our most popular event and will feature live entertainment. This will be a great opportunity to network, see old friends, and meet new ones.

Ticket required: Two tickets per person may be purchased.

Cost: $75.00 Members/$90 Non-members

DWIGHT DAVID EISENHOWER LUNCHEON
(This event has 10 seats per table. An individual may purchase up to 10 tickets.)

Description: Our keynote speaker, the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, will deliver a State-of-the-Army Address. Unit awards and Drill Sergeant of the Year, Recruiters of the Year, and Career Counselors of the Year will be presented. This event will sell out!

U.S. ARMY RESERVE AND NATIONAL GUARD RECEPTION  SOLD OUT, No tickets available.

Description: This reception honors the Reserve Components.

Ticket required: One ticket per person may be purchased.

Cost: $55 Members/$75 Non-members

WEDNESDAY, 11 OCTOBER

GEORGE CATLETT MARSHALL MEMORIAL AWARD RECEPTION AND DINNER SOLD OUT, please check for tickets starting the afternoon of Tuesday, 10 October at the Convention Center.
(This event has 8 seats per table.  An individual may purchase up to 8 tickets (one table).  If more than one table is needed, please contact the Annual Meeting Operations Center.)

Wednesday, 11 October | 1830 - 2100

Description: This black-tie dinner will recognize our Marshall Award winner, General Eric K. Shinseki, U.S. Army retired, for his outstanding service to our Nation and the Army. Ticket required.
