The 2023 Annual Meeting Exhibit Space Draft will be held October 9 – 12 in the AUSA Exhibit Sales Office, located in Room 102AB at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
As in the past, AUSA will allocate exhibit space based on the Order-of-Merit ranking for each National Partner exhibitor. Each exhibitor is given a date and time to appear to select space.

For 2023, booth space will be priced at $56.00 per 100 sq.ft. ($5,600 per 10x10 booth)
The following policies will apply to the selection of exhibit space for the 2023 AUSA Annual Meeting:
• Your National Partner membership must be in an active state to reserve booth space
• A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve exhibit space via check or credit card ($56 x SQFT = $XXXX / 10% = DEPOSIT)
• Booth dimensions that cause aisle displacements will not be permitted (example, 30’X30’, 30’X60’, End cap booths, etc.)
AUSA requires a 10% deposit non-refundable (check or credit card) for all space booked during the draft.
Please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. At your scheduled start time, you will be directed to an AUSA representative who will assist you in the space selection process.
A 10% non-refundable deposit will also be required if you plan to reserve exhibit space for any of our other events.
Deposit Due: 10% non-refundable deposit is due when reserving booth space.
Full Payment Due: April 28, 2023.
CANCELLATION/SPACE REDUCTION POLICY
On or Before February 24, 2023: Full refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
February 25 – April 28: 50% refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit
April 29 and after: No refunds
