NEED A QUIET SPACE FOR ONSITE MEETINGS FOR 20 PEOPLE OR FEWER?

AUSA will offer “pop-up” meeting space in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and the Marriott Marquis for groups of 20 or fewer. These requests can be made onsite starting Sunday, 9 October at 0800 or by emailing pop-ups@ausa.org (emailed requests will be processed in the order in which they were received starting 9 Oct).

Pop-up meeting space may only be reserved for a max of 1 hour. Food/beverage service is not available in these rooms and reserving parties must supply their own AV. The rooms are set in a standard configuration and cannot be changed. Each room includes 16 chairs seated at primary table with 4 additional perimeter chairs.
