The Chief of Staff of the Army is hosting a Leader Solarium in conjunction with the 2022 AUSA Annual Meeting in Washington D.C. from 10-12 October 2022. The purpose of the Leader Solarium is to create a forum for 120 specially selected leaders to provide thoughtful, bottom-up feedback to General McConville and SMA Grinston on opportunities and challenges facing the Total Army. This event will excite and inspire the Solarium participants through their exposure to the Army Senior Leadership, civilian subject matter experts, small group discussions with their peers, and engagement opportunities with industry partners. General McConville will present army-wide issues on Day 1 (10 October) and return on Day 3 (12 October) to listen and solicit feedback.
